Afterwards I'll begin painting from 120-135%. For details, I would zoom around 200-230%. Occasionally I would zoom around 300% if I can't apply details at 200%, but I've read that going beyond 200 is frowned upon by some painters.

Haha. Actually if you view my animated gif it shows that I was slowly building up the stem; and through the later stages, I was experimenting with different strokes and colors. From both my color choices and strokes I was able to wield a decent result.

Anyway it was purely an accident, sir.Andy C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13704567731212115434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19899612.post-28678469430427600752008-01-03T17:17:00.000-06:002008-01-03T17:17:00.000-06:00Wow, these are great still life collections. Just curious because the detail s on the stem are so realistic.Gerald de Dioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05475043690175313723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19899612.post-1855443833747145622007-12-22T11:53:00.000-06:002007-12-22T11:53:00.000-06:00cool coloring,,interesting,, Merry x mas and happy...cool coloring,,interesting,, Merry x mas and happy newyear to you.Laila Petersen-Jamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07376114643046639780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19899612.post-44733129954656332942007-12-18T23:42:00.000-06:002007-12-18T23:42:00.000-06:00spats:Thanks, and the same goes for you too mister...spats:
Thanks, and the same goes for you too mister!

ken:
Ha.
